John Wilson Recommends Principdi di Butera Nero d’Avola
Writing in his Irish Times column on the 25th May John Wilson says of the Nero d’ Avola from Butera ” Attractively aromatic, with supple rounded red cherry fruits, black olives, and a nicely rounded finish. A good flexible red to serve on its own or with an Otto Lenghinian mezze of kofte and Mediterranean salads.
